Worth every star! Ken and Gunther are a class act, and instill confidence in the client right from the start. I have always been a " take it to the dealer" kind of guy, and having started a new business this year, was looking to save some money. Seeing that Star Motors was a Benz only shop gave me more confidence. Quotes were prompt, and a lot cheaper than the dealers. Then, once in the shop, service was efficient, and no " add on " type sales tactics, actually recommendations to leave certain items til the next visit. Wow! Really! That's a first. First time ever I felt like I was not getting milked for everything possible!
After leaving the shop and fighting snow traffic for a few hours, I clipped a curb in icy conditions, damaged a rear tie rod, and had to have the car towed back to the shop. Gunther had me back on the road in a day! And very inexpensively too! Wow!
As long as I own Benz's, I will only ever go to Star Motors!
Thanks guys, you are awesome, professional, funny, and good at what you do. Add to that good client service, and how could you go wrong.

New owner Joey Mitchell is outstanding!!!! Went in for some work on my 2008 ML 350 160k miles, and after initial problem was taken care of, something else came up, that he stayed on, and worked on in his own time till it was sorted out!! I cannot say enough about the quality of work and amazing customer care that Star Motors provides!! New owner is just as awesome as the previous owner!! Thank you Joey and staff, you guys are awesome, you have a customer for life! Happy Holidays to all of you!!

My 2014 E350 had an issue with 360* camera not working. I was worried that I might have to go to MB dealer to have it fixed as this kind of electronic problems are hard to deal with. It turned out that Joey and Nathan can solve these high tech issues to MB cars as well and probably with much less charges. Nathan took time to find the true root cause and fixed the problem. I am very impressed with Nathan and Joey for their knowledge, skills, and customer service mindset. Thank you.

I had a great experience, I wish I originally had started with Star Motors instead of the going to the dealerships. Joey spent time to explain details and answer all of my questions.

Joey and Heather are great!! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my Mercedes. I don't have the nicest Mercedes, but they answered all my questions, gave me a quote and performed the work in a timely matter. When finished there quote and final bill was the same. No bait or switch with this shop like I experienced with the dealership.

I recently purchased my first Mercedes Benz, but before I bought it I took it to Heather and Joey at Star Motors to look it over and inform me of anything that may be problematic with it. I was a little nervous because I have had bad experiences in the past with mechanics, but Joey was extremely straightforward and honest with me. Joey was very knowledgeable and professional and pointed out some stuff on the car that I was unaware of. I was greatly impressed so I have taken my car back to them a couple times to have some after market stuff done to it and I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend trusting Star Motors with your Mercedes Benz needs.
